Crushing Unlimited, LLC is an art collective that was started by Charles E. Rushing II in 2021. While the company may have formed in 2021, the idea and dream for starting his own art collective was several decades old.
The purpose and passion behind the company comes from an age old idea that artist, whether they be a singer, songwriter, producer, painter, actor, etc., should be in control of their ideas and own their content. While this was how most talent agencies and management companies worked once upon a time, it seems to be a dying way of doing business.
Charlie teamed up with a few “out of the box thinkers" and was finally able to launch his dream company, Crushing Unlimited, LLC. His team of “misfits”, as they like to reference themselves, includes A&R Director, Connor Doak.
